Landlord Alert - Renters Rights Act Update

The government has now released the official renters’ rights acts information sheet 2026 which must be given to all tenants by 31st May 2026.

If your tenancy was created before the 1 May 2026, you must ensure each tenant receives the official document exactly as published by GOV.UK. (Link provided below)
